Standard delivery time is 2-3 business days from the moment your order is placed and paid for.
If for any reason the processing of your order is delayed, we will inform you by email.
We make every effort to ensure that every parcel arrives quickly, safely and in perfect condition.
We understand that sometimes a purchase may require a return - and that is entirely possible.

Due to the nature of our hygiene products, we only accept returns of products whose packaging has not been opened, unsealed or damaged .
Before returning the product, please send us the completed returns form (attachment).
Once we receive it, we will confirm receipt of your application and provide further instructions.

Once the unopened product has been received and verified, your refund will be processed within the statutory 14 days using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
