Open the sachet along the perforation line and remove the patch. Remove the protective film and stick the adhesive side onto the fabric of your clothing or underwear (outer or inner layer), ensuring the fabric is not too thick. Apply to the belly, shoulders, back, neck, lower back, knees, or elbows. Remove immediately if your skin becomes too hot, and dispose of it once it stops generating heat.
